Review: I returned an item using the InPost QR code provided by SHEIN and tracking clearly shows it was delivered to their warehouse. Despite this, I was told the returned item did not match what they received and my refund was refused, which is incorrect as I returned the exact item. The reason for return was that the shirt was not as described. The colour was completely different, appearing rose coloured and nothing like the product images. Very disappointing experience, especially as this was my first order. It raises concerns about both product accuracy and the returns process.
